If you are flying in for our wedding weekend, T.F. Green Airport in Warwick, RI is about 30 minutes from Newport, RI. It is a smaller airport than Boston Logan so direct flights may be limited. We suggest renting a car for the weekend or taking an uber from the airport to the hotel.

We have a room block at the Hotel Viking in Newport, RI from May 14th - May 16th for our wedding weekend. This hotel is a 5 minute drive to the wedding venue and a 12 minute walk. There will not be transportation provided the weekend of the wedding, so please plan accordingly! The Wellington Resort in Newport is a great option for families or groups trying to stay together for our wedding! All of their rooms are two bedroom, two bathroom suites sleeping 6 people maximum. They do not have any single rooms. They are open for booking NOW for our wedding weekend. It is also graduation weekend so they warned us that they are booking fast! This is a 9 minute drive to the wedding venue and a 16 minute walk. There will not be transportation provided the weekend of the wedding, so please plan accordingly!

Wellington Resort

We do not have a room block at the Newport Marriott Hotel &amp; Spa but it is a great option to stay for the weekend as well. This hotel is a 4 minute drive from the wedding venue and a 10 minute walk. There will not be transportation provided the weekend of the wedding, so please plan accordingly!

Newport Marriott Hotel & Spa

We highly suggest if you have a big group that you rent an Airbnb or VRBO in Newport/Middletown for the weekend. It is fun to all be together if you are staying from Thursday-Sunday and make a weekend of it! Ubers are super easy to find so you will not have a problem getting around if you are right outside downtown. There will not be transportation provided the weekend of the wedding, so please plan accordingly!

Our story began at Windham High School in 2012... Elizabeth asked Brendan if she could wear his football jersey to her first of many playoff games she would watch in high school. And the rest was history! There are so many fun and exciting adventures and stories built together over the 12 years of loving each other. From that first date Elizabeth's freshman year, nothing could stop the love and bond, even years of long distance, that included thousands of facetimes. Brendan went off to his first year of school just down the road at Merrimack College. Elizabeth was able to visit him often over the weekends and going to all his football games! A year later, Elizabeth went off to college at the University of Rhode Island where she decided to take a semester abroad during her junior year, in Barcelona. If they thought a three hour car ride was bad, how about a 6 hour plane ride and 6 hour time difference for 4 months. But it was nothing Elizabeth and Brendan couldn't handle! After finishing college, Brendan moved to Plymouth, NH to coach college football and most recently Providence, RI for a couple years where he completed his masters, while Elizabeth had been living in Boston, MA. Over the past couple of months Elizabeth and Brendan made a road trip out to Plano, TX where the two have finally found a new place to call home (for a couple years!!) together. Taking in all the new adventures and experiences, as well as planning a wedding 1,500 miles from the families! Oh, how fun! We are so excited to see what is yet to be written about the rest of our story together and can not wait to celebrate our love with our favorite people!
